Project work

Living is a form of relationship between people. This is the basis for everything we do in project development. Developing on a green space but ignoring grown structures leaves no room for people to develop a quality of living, and thus a quality relationship.

This is why our project development starts with a thorough review of the surroundings: what is the location of the respective property compared to existing public transportation? We ask: how can the necessary investments in the infrastructure also enhance and improve the quality of living in the area?

Even in our detailed planning and implementation we take care to utilise the freedom of design for project development by ensuring there are appropriate play areas for children just as much as communication space for the neighbourhood’s public life.

This means in project development we align our entire planning and implementation according to the following maxim: we create a long-term and in many ways appealing environment, where you can enjoy living for a long time. This eliminates any detail which promises short term profits in exchange for quality. Benefiting are those living and working there: on one hand because they can enjoy the quality of life surrounded by green space. On the other because in most cases they also become owners of their property, a property which in the long term will continue to grow in value.
